Alternately, most of the “abortion’s” can be replaced with “liposuction” and be equally funny.
How a smart woman with two beautiful babies can find this funny is just beyond me. To each his (or her) own, I guess.
Well that’s me. I may be pro-life and fairly conservative on a lot of issues but I still like me my potty humor, including on the topic of abortion.

It’s poking fun at the issue that Siri not having any information on reproductive health services. Not sure what you having kids has to do with it. (the majority of women who have abortions have kids btw).
