An Easy Beef & Mushroom Dish

My mother “invented” this dish one night and it has since become one of my favorites to make on lazy summer evenings. The best part? It is so easy that anyone can make it.
Ingredients:

thinly sliced beef, sukiyaki-style
mushrooms (I used king oyster, portobello, shiitake, and enoki mushrooms in this example but feel free to use your favorites)
soy sauce
wasabi

Instructions:

Peanuts on Planes

Today I read that the DOT is considering a ban on in-flight peanuts.
This made me very sad for two reasons:

Nutrition Facts, Redesigned

While I am a foodie, I’m not the healthiest person in the world when it comes to eating.
Alright, I eat like crap. (Don’t worry, I’ve gotten a lot better since I got pregnant.)
