A Visualization of Star Wars Enthusiasm

Here’s a pretty funny (but mostly accurate!) panel of comics about how much we’ve cared about Star Wars, starting from the 1970s all the way to the 2010s.

I still can’t believe it’s been thirty-five years since Episode IV first came out; can you?

Are you guys looking forward to Episodes VII, VIII, and IX? At first, I was skeptical…very skeptical. But after learning that Michael Arndt (writer of Little Miss Sunshine and Toy Story 3) will pen the first screenplay, I’ve become more hopeful.

Haha – love this! I’m super curious to see how episodes VII-IX turn out. I was one of the many that was super disappointed by the prequels.

Really nailed it. (:D) Remember seeing the little spaceship (rebel) at the beginning of the first Star Wars in 77 I was saying Oh crap this is some cheap *** ripoff until the imperial ship came into view from behind then everyone freaked out!
