Guest Post: Suburbs to City

In my almost-30 years of existence, I have only lived in three areas: Daegu, South Korea; the New York metropolitan area, and Baltimore. Although I love to travel, the thought of moving to a brand-new city terrifies me. Paris vs New York

Paris vs New York is a whimsical blog which showcases illustrated comparisons between the two cities. Not only are the style of illustrations right up my alley (cute and minimalist), the comparisons themselves lead readers to wonder which city comes up best. Just from a quick look, it seems as if the author of the blog is biased toward Paris, and I can definitely see why he thinks so. My Scratch Map

My Scratch Map is a must-have for any avid traveler. Rather than using pushpins to mark the areas you've visited, the user scratches off the gold foil to reveal a colorful map underneath. While I would love to get my hands on one of these to hang proudly in my office, I would be too embarrassed at the lack of color on my map (only the continental U.S., South Korea, and a couple of countries in western Europe would be scratched off).
