I’ve heard of this cleanser before, is it more like a foaming cleanser or oil cleanser?

It is a foaming cleanser. However, because it has oils in it (like coconut), I’ve read that some people use it as an oil cleanser too. Personally, I use it as the 2nd step in my double cleanse.
