A Beauty of a Cam

The Pentax Optio I-10 was announced today. The specs are nothing special but HELLO GORGEOUS! Isn’t the body design to die for?

The official site describes the I-10 as “classic styling, slim design.” I’m always on the lookout for good, compact point-and-shoot cameras that are not Canon so this is a nice surprise. If the image quality is nearly as nice as the body design I’ll be sure to add this to my wishlist!

ooh that is really slick looking. although i’m a mess and i know it would be dirty and gross shortly after i owned it.

I’m shopping for a new point & shoot and was wondering why you don’t like Canon? Just curious!

Ginger — it’s not that I don’t like Canons. They, as a brand, are probably the most reliable point-and-shoots out there. My only gripe with them is that EVERYONE has them! I like to be different, and to "discover" new brands that may be just as good but do not have the same market share due to being overshadowed by Canon’s massive marketing campaigns.

That’s so pretty. So pretty. I do love Pentax and wouldn’t mind owning one. *looks at her ooooold silver elph…*

  5. That is one HOT camera! I love it 🙂
